Empty-home cleaning for deposits and new owners. Add carpet cleaning and it is finished in one visit.

About Nava's
Nava's House and Carpet Cleaning Services is owned and operated by Antonio "Tony" Nava and his wife Martha, based in Santa Maria. They have cleaned homes, offices and carpets on the Central Coast for more than sixteen years, and they do the work themselves — the same two people at every visit, so nothing about your home has to be explained twice.
The business is licensed and insured (Lic #29779) and is a BBB Accredited Business. Estimates are free from photos or over the phone; if Tony has to drive out to see a job first, that visit isn't free. Tony runs the carpet and upholstery side from the truck-mounted unit in the van, and the house and carpets can usually be done in a single visit.
If you have seen the blue-and-yellow "Proudly Cleaned By" signs around town, those are in customers' yards. Ask them.
