Recurring housekeeping is the regular cleaning that keeps a house where you want it. You choose how often — weekly, every two weeks or monthly — and every visit covers the same ground: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting and beds.

Want the whole house gone over top to bottom before the schedule starts? A one-time deep cleaning covers baseboards, blinds, inside cabinets and drawers, the oven, fixtures, and door and window tracks.

Getting started

1. Text photos to 805.863.2251, or send the short formTell us what you need. A few photos of the rooms or carpet are the fastest way to a price; rough numbers are fine too: bedrooms, bathrooms, rooms of carpet.
2. Tony gets back to youThe same business day, with a price. Estimates from photos or by phone are free. If Tony has to drive out to see the job first, the visit isn't free; he'll tell you the cost before he comes.
3. You pick the dayMonday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Nothing is booked until Tony has confirmed the day and price with you by phone.

Carpets on the same visit

House and carpet cleaning can be done on the same visit. The whole-house package — housekeeping and carpets together — is the most economical way to do both, so ask Tony for a combined price. More on carpet cleaning.
