Problem spots get an enzyme treatment first, followed by a full cleaning. Mention pets on the form so Tony knows before he arrives.

How it's priced
Carpet is estimated by the room, rugs by the rug and upholstery by the piece. Text Tony photos of the rooms, stairs and any stains, or tell him how many rooms you have, and he'll give you a price for free. If he has to come out to see it first, the visit isn't free.
Doing the house too? The whole-house package puts house cleaning and carpets in the same visit. It's the most economical way to do both; ask Tony for a combined price.
