San Luis Obispo housekeeping & house cleaning
San Luis Obispo is the north end of Nava's service area, up the 101 from home base in Santa Maria. Tony and Martha Nava do recurring housekeeping, deep cleans and move-outs here, and Tony brings the truck-mounted unit for carpets, rugs and upholstery.
Housekeeping on a schedule
Weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting and beds on the same routine every visit, and it's the same two people every time, so nothing about your home has to be explained twice. More on recurring housekeeping.
Starting fresh, or getting a house ready to sell? A deep cleaning covers baseboards, blinds, inside cabinets and drawers, the oven, fixtures, and door and window tracks. Window cleaning (glass, sills and tracks) is often added.
Move-outs and rentals
Lease ends, walk-throughs and closings come with dates attached. Nava's cleans the empty house and the carpets in the same visit, so it's one appointment and one call. More on move-out cleaning.
Vacation rental and Airbnb owners in San Luis Obispo and Avila Beach can book turnovers between guests, including same-day check-outs. More on turnover service.
Carpet, rugs and furniture
- CarpetHot-water extraction from the truck-mounted unit. Traffic lanes, spots and stairs get extra attention.
- Area rugsWool, synthetic and runners, cleaned in place or picked up.
- UpholsterySofas, sectionals, recliners and dining chairs.
- Pet stain & odorEnzyme treatment on problem spots, followed by a full cleaning.
House and carpet cleaning can be done on the same visit; ask Tony for a combined price.
Offices too
Offices, suites and small commercial buildings, on a regular schedule and after hours if needed. Licensed and insured (Lic #29779) and BBB accredited. More on janitorial and office cleaning.

- You pick the dayMonday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Nothing is booked until Tony has confirmed the day and price with you by phone.
