Vacation Rental Turnovers Airbnb & short-term rentals
Turnarounds between guests for vacation rental and Airbnb owners, including same-day check-outs. Tony and Martha Nava do the turnovers themselves.
Between check-out and check-in
A turnover is the cleaning that has to happen between one guest leaving and the next arriving. Nava's does it as a recurring service, and it's the same two people every time, so nothing about the place has to be explained twice.
One vacation-rental owner's review mentions same-day turnovers and last-minute requests. If your calendar runs that way, say so up front.
Weekends and same-day
Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. For weekend or same-day turnovers, call 805.863.2251
It depends on the week.
Carpet, furniture and rugs
House and carpet cleaning can be done on the same visit, and Tony also cleans upholstery and area rugs from the truck-mounted unit in the van. See carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning.

- Tony gets back to youThe same business day, with a price. Estimates from photos or by phone are free. If Tony has to drive out to see the job first, the visit isn't free; he'll tell you the cost before he comes.
- You pick the dayMonday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Nothing is booked until Tony has confirmed the day and price with you by phone.
