House and carpets, one visit

A move-out usually means the house and the carpets. Nava's does both, and with the carpets added the whole place is finished in one visit — one appointment, one call to Tony.

Carpet is cleaned with hot-water extraction from the truck-mounted unit. Traffic lanes, spots and stairs get extra attention, and pet spots get an enzyme treatment followed by a full cleaning.

Window cleaning — glass, sills and tracks — is often added to a move-out too.

On a deadline

Move-outs come with dates attached: the end of a lease, a walk-through, a closing. Military families at Vandenberg describe move-out cleanings and carpet service finished on a deadline in their reviews of Nava's. Lompoc and Vandenberg Village are part of the regular service area.

Moving in

The same empty-home cleaning works for the new owner or tenant: before the furniture arrives, carpets included.

Getting a price

1. Text photos to 805.863.2251, or send the short formTell us what you need. A few photos of the rooms or carpet are the fastest way to a price; rough numbers are fine too: bedrooms, bathrooms, rooms of carpet.
2. Tony gets back to youThe same business day, with a price. Estimates from photos or by phone are free. If Tony has to drive out to see the job first, the visit isn't free; he'll tell you the cost before he comes.
3. You pick the dayMonday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Nothing is booked until Tony has confirmed the day and price with you by phone.
