Orcutt house cleaning & carpet cleaning
Orcutt is right next door to Nava's home base in Santa Maria. Tony and Martha Nava do recurring housekeeping, one-time deep cleans and move-outs in Orcutt, and Tony brings the truck-mounted carpet unit when the carpets need it.
House and carpets together
The most economical way to get both done is the whole-house package: house cleaning and carpets in the same visit, with one combined price from Tony.
Regular housekeeping
Weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting and beds on the same routine every visit, by the same two people. More on recurring housekeeping.
Starting fresh? A deep cleaning covers baseboards, blinds, inside cabinets and drawers, the oven, fixtures, and door and window tracks.
