Privacy what happens to your information
The short version: what you send us is used to give you an estimate and do the job. We don't sell it.
What we collect
When you send a request on this website, or through a form on one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, we get what you type in: your name, phone number, city, the service you need, and any details or dates you add. If you call, text or email, we have your number or address and your message.
How we use it
To call or text you back with an estimate, schedule the work and do it. Requests from the website are emailed to Nava's (navashousecleaning@gmail.com) and to the person who looks after the website for Nava's. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Analytics and ads
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. It may also use the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads work, for example whether someone who saw an ad later asked for an estimate. These tools use cookies and similar technology; Google and Meta handle that data under their own privacy policies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser and still use the site and send a request.
Questions or removal
To ask what we have from you, or to have it deleted, call or text 805.863.2251 or email navashousecleaning@gmail.com.
